LAB3D IVS provides a subscription based online service available at lab-3d.dk. The terms are valid between the individual user and LAB3D IVS.
These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between LAB3D IVS and a natural person (hereinafter "User") regarding the Service. Only persons aged 18 years or older and residing in Denmark may enter into an agreement with LAB3D IVS regarding the Service.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and LAB3D IVS.
To access the Service, the User must read and accept the terms and conditions.
The Service gives the User access to LAB3D IVS's services as determined at the time of ordering.
In order to access the Service, the User must register a user account on the Portal.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. When registering, the User may only provide information relating to their own payment and credit cards.
Upon registration, the User must provide a username and a password (hereinafter "Login Information"). The User's Login Details are personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated on the product.
The User must keep the Login Information in a secure place so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to it. The user is responsible for all use of his user account.
If the User suspects illegal use of the User's Login Information, the User must immediately notify LAB3D IVS and change his/her password.
Fees for use of the Service shall be payable in accordance with the price list available on the Website from time to time.
Payment for the subscription is made in advance each month.
The User shall make the payment for the subscription through the means of payment offered by LAB3D IVS on the Website. The User undertakes to sign the necessary documents and to have at each payment date sufficient funds for payment available through the chosen means of payment.
LAB3D IVS reserves the right to change the fee and other conditions of the Service. The change must be notified to the User at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the User is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day the change takes effect. If the User does not terminate the subscription before the change takes effect, this shall be deemed acceptance of the change. Changes that are of obvious benefit to the User shall apply immediately without any right of termination for the User.
Termination of the Service can be done at the end of the payment period of 1 month from the last payment. To terminate your agreement, you must use the link provided on the front page or contact LAB3D IVS via info@lab3d.dk
LAB3D IVS accepts online payments with; Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, ApplePay and via Bank Transfer.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped. We do not charge card fees.
With bank transfers, you are not protected by the objection scheme.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

LAB3D IVS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 days.
Delivery area: We only deliver goods within Denmark.
LAB3D IVS ships goods with the following: GLS - Business, GLS - Private, GLS - Parcel Shop, PostNord - Private, PostNord - Business, PostNord - Optional delivery point, DAO - Direct, DAO - Parcel Shop
Shipping is calculated by weight.
You will be able to choose between having the parcel sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
There is a 101-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased on the website.
The 101-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@lab3d.dk, to which the standard withdrawal form must be completed and sent (see the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us.
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you may try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.
It is up to LAB3D ApS to assess the condition of the goods.
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days from the day we have received your notice of withdrawal.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used to make the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you provide us with proof of return.

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in software, material and manufacturing.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
Complaints regarding defects must be notified to LAB3D ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.
