What is UV Print?

UV printing is a technology where ink is cured with UV light and bonds directly to the surface of your 3D printed products.
It provides precise and durable marking that can be used for everything from logos and graphics to barcodes, serial numbers, part numbers and production codes.

For extra protection and a professional look, the surface can be finished with varnish - either clear or matte - which both increases durability and gives the desired finish.

This way you get products that not only look great, but are also resistant to wear and tear and daily use.

What does it take to use UV printing?

When we UV print on your product, it requires ultra-high precision. To ensure that the print hits exactly right the first time, we create a customized fixture where your product is placed. The fixture ensures that your product is always positioned correctly in the printer, so your logo, graphics or codes are placed exactly where you want them.
Your product must have a clean and even surface for the print to adhere properly. Most 3D printed items can be used directly, but in some cases a light finishing can give an even better result.
All we need from you is your design - e.g. logo, barcode or graphic - in a high-resolution digital file (preferably as a vector file).

We can set up UV printing, 3D printing, laser cutting and possible fixture design - for just DKK 1,200 per piece.
